MUMBAI: Bombay high court on Wednesday, on a petition filed by Bharat Gogawale, chief whip of Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena faction against non-disqualification by the speaker of 14 MLAs of Shiv Sena (UBT) including Sunil Prabhu, issued notice to these MLAs, the speaker and the state legislature secretariat, reports Swati Deshpande.
The matters were listed before a division bench of Justices Girish Kulkarni and F P Pooniwalla which gave liberty to the petitioner to also serve all the parties as well and posted the next hearing on February 8.
