Vivo’s sub-brand iQoo launched its latest mid-range smartphone, iQoo Neo 9 Pro 5G earlier this week. The smartphone competes with the Realme 12 Pro+ 5G smartphone which was launched last month. Here’s how the new mid-rnage smartphones compare agianst each other:
iQoo Neo 9 Pro 5G vs Realme 12 Pro+ 5G
The iQoo Neo 9 Pro has a more premium AMOLED display with higher 144Hz refresh rate compared to the 120Hz LCD screen on the Realme phone.The iQoo smartphone is also powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset while the Realme 12 Pro+ features a mid-range Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 mobile platform.
The iQoo Neo 9 Pro also has a faster 120W charging while Realme 12 pro+ only supports 67W fast charging. Meanwhile, Realme 12 Pro+is the first mid-range smartphone to arrive with a periscope telephoto lens and even has an upgraded 32MP front camera compared to 16MP on the iQoo Neo 9 Pro. Both iQoo and Realme propose 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of security patches.
