Your “entire financial world” is coming to X
Musk also hinted at the big changes that will come to the app, which was formerly known as Twitter. “In the months to come, we will add comprehensive communications and the ability to conduct your entire financial world,” he said. In the past, the Twitter owner has expressed interest in making Twitter — now known as X — as the ‘everything’ app. Twitter has introduced a lot of video-related features in the last few months. Musk has also encouraged content creators to work on developing content for his app.
“The Twitter name does not make sense in that context, so we must bid adieu to the bird,” he explained in the tweet. We aren’t sure if the content posted on X will still be called tweets or Musk has some plans to rename that as well.
